Flat 310 is a self-catering unit on the first floor, situated close to the under-cover parking area and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The flat sleeps a maximum of six (4 adults and 2 children) and consists of the following:
Bedrooms – 2 (main bedroom – queen size bed, second bedroom – four singles of which two are bunked and only suitable for children)
Bathrooms – 2 (main en-suite has bath, toilet and basin, second bathroom has shower, bath, toilet and basin)
Kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave.
Open plan Lounge/dining room with TV. (incl. DSTV – you do not even need to bring your own smartcard)
Balcony with table and chairs.
Linen is supplied but bring your own bathroom and beach towels.
Parking for one vehicle under cover (secured with remote operated garage doors that are locked at night).
Cleaning of unit on a daily basis except for Sundays and Public Holidays (cleaning does not include washing of dishes and making of beds)
